The TZY-GIM SF6 gas leakage monitoring and alarm system is an online monitoring and alarm system for SF6 insulation gas leakage in indoor SF6 composite electrical equipment of a new unmanned substation. The system adopts sensor technology and computer technology, which can quantitatively and real-time measure the SF6 leakage gas content online, with high measurement accuracy, remote data transmission, and easy installation and use. This system performs multi-point monitoring of indoor SF6 and O2 concentrations, with a capacity of 32 monitoring points. The use of this system does not provide an additional layer of protection for on-site personnel, and it can ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

▶  Test Principle

This system uses NDIR sensors. Infrared sensors have the characteristics of long lifespan, stable and reliable operation, non-contact, low environmental impact, and strong anti-interference ability, making them very suitable for online monitoring products.
