The TZY-BIM2000B microcomputer busbar insulation monitoring device is a new product successfully developed by our company. The device adopts a Chinese character LCD display, signal indicator lights, touch sensitive buttons, and intelligent software. It has innovative features such as lightweight and beautiful appearance, easy installation, extremely low power consumption, and no debugging and maintenance.

This device monitors the phase voltage and zero sequence voltage of the PT secondary side in real time. When the insulation of the busbar drops or the PT is disconnected, an alarm can be triggered in a timely manner, and the voltage components of the four characteristic frequencies of 17Hz, 25Hz, 50Hz, and 150Hz of the busbar PT opening triangle voltage can be monitored in real time to distinguish overvoltage and ferromagnetic resonance faults. It cooperates with on-site personnel to diagnose and troubleshoot grounding faults, resonance faults, overvoltage faults, and disconnection faults. It can be configured with RS485 communication interface and is suitable for unmanned substations.

▶ Can quickly eliminate ferromagnetic resonance at characteristic frequencies such as three-way, two-way, power frequency, and triple frequency.

▶ When a fault occurs, it can display a fault report (type, time, voltage value, and frequency) and provide an alarm contact.

▶ The communication interface can be configured to transmit relevant information to the higher-level monitoring system.

▶ The hardware watchdog circuit prevents the occurrence of system crashes.
