    The TZY-MMI-A series low-voltage motor control and protection device is suitable for 380V~660V low-voltage systems. As a new generation of intelligent protection and measurement device for the protection, monitoring, and control of low-voltage motor feeder terminals, it protects the motor from starting thermal overload, locked rotor, phase loss, reverse phase, current imbalance, zero sequence overcurrent, leakage overcurrent, low voltage, overvoltage, voltage recovery self starting, undercurrent, tE time protection, and process interlocking that occur during starting and operation. At the same time, it provides fault tripping records, which brings great convenience to accident analysis. The use of its bus communication function enables data exchange with servers or workstations, making it an ideal choice for intelligent MMI and factory DCS system intelligent terminal units.

    Features

    1. Adopting a 32-bit high-performance industrial grade low-power microprocessor.

    2. The 'tE time protection' complies with the regulations for overload protection of increased safety explosion-proof motors (GB3836.3-2000) and is suitable for protecting increased safety explosion-proof motors in continuous operation.

    3. The device automatically calculates zero sequence current without the need for an external zero sequence current transformer.

    4. By using AC sampling technology, parameters such as three-phase current, leakage current, voltage, active power, reactive power, and power factor of the motor can be measured, displayed, and transmitted.
