Dial +86-312-3156390 / 3155390The relay protection test power supply panel is a product designed and manufactured by our company in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Energy's "Power Plant and Substation Engineering and Relay Protection Test Instrument Configuration Quota", "Relay Protection Test Regulations", and the Ministry of Electric Power Industry's "Key Points for Anti accident Measures of Power System Relay Protection and Automatic Devices". It provides a reliable, stable, and convenient AC/DC test power supply for on-site relay protection testing work, improving the quality of relay protection testing work.
This equipment is suitable for power plants, substations, and large and medium-sized industrial enterprises, and can be used as a standard relay protection test power supply.
2.1 The relay protection test power supply panel adopts a fully enclosed cabinet structure, with locks on the front and rear doors, and the panel body is composed of sheet metal. The overall screen structure diagram is shown in the attached figure.
2.2 The main internal components include isolation transformers, three-phase autotransformers, reactors, rectifiers, capacitors, automatic air switches, leakage protection switches, ammeters, voltmeters, and other components.
2.3 The screen is painted with analog circuits, making it easy for operators to identify and avoid misoperation. Refer to the attached diagram.
2.4 Instruments, indicator lights, and control switches are installed on the front panel, and input and output wires can be connected through terminal posts and terminal blocks.
Product Structure and Performance
3.1 Adopting dual power supply, it can switch between manual and automatic modes. The use of contactors allows for load switching, improving the reliability of power supply;
3.2 The AC power supply adopts a large capacity isolation transformer to isolate the system power supply from the test power supply, and a shielding layer is installed between the primary and secondary to protect the test power supply from transient processes of the power grid and other harmonic interference. The transformer adopts the △/Y0 wiring method, which greatly reduces the third harmonic and improves the quality of the power supply;
3.3 DC power supply can continuously and smoothly regulate voltage to meet the needs of different test projects;
3.4 The control of AC power supply adopts DZ47-60 automatic switch, which operates quickly, has a long service life, and has the function of short circuit and overload automatic tripping;
The 3.5 output AC power supply is equipped with a leakage protection switch to ensure the safety of the testing personnel. This switch has the advantages of stable performance, high sensitivity, and reliable operation, and has automatic tripping functions for short circuits and overloads;
The GM32M DC circuit breaker is used in the 3.6 DC circuit, which operates quickly, has a long lifespan, and has the function of automatic tripping for short circuits and overloads.
4.1 Insulation resistance: Under standard test atmospheric conditions, the insulation resistance between each circuit of the device and the casing shall not be less than 10M ohms; The insulation resistance between each independent circuit shall not be less than 10M ohms.
4.2 Dielectric strength: Under standard test atmospheric conditions, each of the above circuits and each independent circuit can withstand AC 50HZ, voltage 2KV (effective value), and test for 1 minute without insulation breakdown or flashover phenomenon.
4.3 Impulse voltage: Under standard test atmospheric conditions, each AC circuit and DC circuit should be able to withstand a standard lightning wave short-time impulse test of 5KV (peak value) for the shell.
4.4 The AC circuit uses DZ47-60 small automatic switch, with a mechanical life of more than 20000 on-off cycles and an instantaneous breaking current of up to (4-7) IE.
4.5 DC circuit breaker is used for the DC circuit, and the instantaneous breaking current can reach (3-10) IE (optional).
