    With the continuous improvement of the national economy and living standards, as well as the increasing electricity consumption in industry, agriculture, and daily life, the transformation of rural and urban power grids, the increase in cable outgoing lines, and the significant changes in the distribution network, the ground capacitance current also continues to increase, which puts higher requirements on the insulation and voltage resistance level of transformers and cable lines in the distribution network.

    At present, the neutral point of transformers in domestic distribution networks ranging from 6 to 35kV generally adopts three grounding methods: ungrounded, grounded through arc suppression coils, or grounded through resistors. If operating without grounding, when a single-phase grounding fault occurs, the large grounding current can easily cause arc overvoltage and phase to phase short circuit, posing great harm to the power supply and consumption equipment; If using arc suppression coil grounding, due to the increasing capacitance current of the distribution network to ground, it is not economically reasonable to require the arc suppression coil capacity to continuously increase; If the resistance grounding method is used, when a single-phase grounding fault occurs, the resistance can absorb a large amount of arc energy and inject resistive current into the fault point. The resistance component current can limit the fault current moderately, improve the sensitivity of relay protection, and limit the transient overvoltage to 2.6 times the normal relative neutral voltage, greatly reducing the harm to the primary and secondary electrical equipment of the distribution network and increasing the reliability of the distribution network.

    Features

    1. The material of the resistor cabinet body is stainless steel plate/cold-rolled plate, which has a beautiful appearance, strong corrosion resistance, and a protection level of up to IP55.

    2. According to different usage conditions, resistance cabinets are divided into indoor and outdoor types. The incoming method can be upper inlet and lower outlet, side inlet and lower outlet, or lower inlet and upper outlet. When using upper inlet and lower outlet, side inlet and lower outlet, the cabinet is equipped with a wall sleeve, and the top of the cabinet is equipped with a lifting ring for easy lifting.

    3. The resistance material can be made of special alloy materials or non-metallic special materials such as wire or valve plates (such as carbon material valve plates, zinc oxide material valve plates).

    Stainless steel nickel chromium alloy (Cr20Ni80) material has high conductivity, strong current carrying capacity, high temperature resistance, and can be used at temperatures up to 1600 ℃ with a temperature coefficient of ≤ -0.045%/℃. It has stable resistance, corrosion resistance, toughness without deformation, and high reliability.

    Resistors made of alloy materials are all composed of resistance units, which are framed by sub arc welding of multiple units. The resistance units are supported and connected by high-temperature resistant insulators (polymers).

    4. The TZY-RGB series transformer neutral grounding resistor cabinet is a standard product that can operate in parallel with resistors or reactances.

    5. When the transformer winding is connected in a delta shape and a Z-shaped winding grounding transformer needs to be installed independently, the neutral point grounding resistor cabinet can be used in conjunction with it.

    6. Grounding recording and temperature and humidity control devices can be installed.
