For power systems with different voltage levels, the grounding method for neutral points is different. According to China's national conditions, the small current grounding operation mode is mainly used in the 6-66KV distribution system in China. In order to effectively prevent system arc grounding, eliminate grounding faults, and improve power supply quality, according to the new regulations of the national overvoltage protection design standards, arc suppression coil devices should be installed when the grid capacitor current exceeds 10A.
