The temperature monitoring points of high-voltage electrical equipment are all located in environments with high voltage, high current, and strong magnetic fields. Some monitoring points are even in enclosed spaces. Due to issues such as strong electromagnetic noise, high-voltage insulation, and space limitations, conventional temperature measurement methods cannot solve these problems and cannot be used. Our company's independently developed and designed infrared temperature measurement imaging system uses infrared imaging methods to collect data.

The sensor is installed in a position that can illuminate high-voltage equipment, without electrical connection to the receiving equipment. Therefore, this system fundamentally solves the problem of difficult real-time online monitoring of the operating temperature of high-voltage equipment contacts. The infrared temperature measurement imaging system has extremely high reliability and strong visibility, and can be directly installed next to every high-voltage switch, bus joint, outdoor knife switch or transformer. The system is equipped with standard communication interfaces and can run online. Real time operating temperature data of high-voltage equipment can be recorded through the upper computer software. Accumulated data is provided for the maintenance of high-voltage equipment, realizing the prediction and maintenance of thermal faults in high-voltage equipment.
