A new type of intelligent harmonic elimination device developed and produced by Taizhongyan Electric. The device is based on a high-performance DSP processor, with high-power, contactless harmonic elimination components exported. It uses a liquid crystal display (LCD), signal indicator lights, and touch buttons as the human-machine interface, and is equipped with intelligent software to form a technology and principle. It is a simple and convenient intelligent device for resonance fault diagnosis, elimination, and recording. Compared with similar devices, it has the characteristics of high integration, strong anti-interference ability, small size, light weight, accurate and rapid action. The product has passed the type test of the National Relay Protection and Automation Equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of China · Cape Laboratory.
The device displays the system clock in real time, and can display the current voltage and frequency of the PT opening triangle of sections 1-2 of the busbar in real time through button operation. Can distinguish overvoltage, resonance, and grounding (3U0 exceeding the limit). The on-site operation of large enterprise substations/power plants such as State Grid Corporation of China, China Southern Power Grid Corporation, power plants, metallurgy, coal, petroleum, and chemical industries has shown that the TZY-TX2000B microcomputer resonant elimination device is reliable.
2.1 High reliability: Adopting foreign high-speed DSP chips and CMOS industrial grade chips, it has the characteristics of electromagnetic shielding, software and hardware redundancy, fast operating speed, strong anti-interference ability, and low power consumption
