The handheld multifunctional partial discharge detection tester consists of a detection host, partial discharge detection software, high-frequency current transformer (HFCT), calibration pulse generator, flexible ultrasonic sensor, focused ultrasonic sensor, and connecting wire.
1. Handheld design, sturdy and durable, easy to use
The detection host is designed for handheld use, with a sturdy and reliable casing. It uses a 10.1-inch high-performance computer motherboard and has a built-in 10AH lithium battery. It can work for up to 6 hours without the need for external power supply.
2. Strong anti-interference ability and accurate detection data
By utilizing digital filtering technology, on-site interference can be effectively eliminated, and partial discharge measurement can also be achieved in strong interference environments.
3. High sensitivity sensors that can sensitively reflect the partial discharge state inside the device
The ultrasonic sensor adopts current technology and has been verified in practical applications to detect weak discharge signals, ensuring effective detection of partial discharge signals inside high-voltage equipment. The high-frequency current transformer is made of high-strength aluminum alloy and is internally shielded with metal, reducing the impact of external magnetic fields on the detection accuracy of the sensor.

The non-contact ultrasonic sensor is equipped with an ultrasonic focusing device at the front end, which is easy to operate in high-voltage cable inspection. High frequency current transformers are designed with circular or rectangular openings, making them easy to clamp onto different grounding wires.
