The DC resistance of transformers is a project in the manufacturing of semi-finished and finished products, factory testing, installation, handover testing, and preventive testing by the power department. It can effectively detect manufacturing defects such as material selection, welding, loose connection parts, missing strands, and broken wires of transformer coils, as well as hidden dangers after operation. In order to meet the needs of rapid measurement of transformer DC resistance, our company has developed a transformer DC resistance tester using our own technological advantages. This instrument is a new generation rapid testing device that integrates three-phase testing (Yn, Y, △) and demagnetization functions. It is an ideal equipment for measuring the DC resistance of large power transformers.
