    The transformer winding deformation tester is used to test power transformers with voltage levels of 6kV and above, as well as other special purpose transformers. During operation or transportation, power transformers inevitably suffer from various short-circuit currents or physical impacts. Under the strong electric force generated by short-circuit currents, the transformer windings may lose stability, leading to local distortion, bulging, or displacement, which will seriously affect the operation of the transformer. According to the national power industry standard DL/T911-2016 and the international standard IEC60076-18, the frequency response analysis method is used to measure the winding deformation of transformers. It is achieved by detecting the amplitude frequency response characteristics of each winding of the transformer and comparing the detection results vertically or horizontally. Based on the degree of change in the amplitude frequency response characteristics, the possible deformation of the transformer winding is determined.

    ▶ The software management function is powerful, fully considering the needs of on-site use. The measurement data is automatically saved and exported to generate Word version test reports (with corresponding Office software installed) or JPG image reports, making it convenient for users to generate test reports.

    ▶ The software has a high degree of intelligence, and after the input and output signals are connected, all measurement work can be completed with just one key press.

    ▶ The software interface is simple and intuitive. The analysis, storage, report export, printing and other menus will only automatically pop up the next required menu after completing the current step, which is more convenient.
