    The transformer winding deformation tester has two testing methods: frequency response method and low-voltage short-circuit impedance method. The two different methods are used to measure the winding of power transformers, reflect the winding characteristics of transformers, and more accurately analyze and diagnose winding deformation. The combination of frequency response method and impedance method saves testing time and improves work efficiency.

    Features

    ▶ The frequency response method uses the sweep frequency method to measure the characteristics of transformer windings. Without lifting or disassembling the transformer cover, the amplitude frequency response characteristics of each winding are detected to accurately measure the deformation of windings such as twisting, bulging, or displacement for transformers of 6kV and above.

    ▶ The frequency response method has a fast measurement speed and takes 1-2 minutes to measure a single winding.

    ▶ The frequency response method has very high frequency accuracy, with a frequency accuracy of 0.001%.

    ▶ The frequency response method adopts digital frequency synthesis, which has higher frequency stability.

    ▶ The frequency response method uses 5000V voltage isolation to fully protect the testing computer.

    ▶ The frequency response method can simultaneously load 9 curves, automatically calculate the relevant parameters of each curve, diagnose the deformation of the winding, and provide diagnostic reference conclusions.

    ▶ The frequency response method uses powerful analysis software, and the software and hardware indicators meet the power industry standard DL/T911-2016 and the international electrical standard IEC60076-18.

    ▶ The short-circuit impedance method does not require an external voltage regulator, and can automatically apply voltage to the AB, BC, and CA high-voltage windings of the transformer, synchronously collect data, and automatically calculate the impedance error percentage. The test results are very intuitive.

    ▶ The short-circuit impedance method is suitable for impedance testing of transformers of any size and capacity.

    ▶ During the short-circuit impedance method testing process, display waveform diagrams of the test current and voltage for real-time monitoring of the testing situation.

    ▶ The instrument has the function of measuring inductance.

    ▶ Using the Windows platform, compatible with Windows 2000/Windows XP/Windows 7/Windows 8/Windows 10.

    ▶ Using a database to save test data, the management of test data is simple and convenient.

    ▶ The software management function is powerful, fully considering the needs of on-site use. Automatically save and export measurement data to generate Word version test reports (with corresponding Office software installed) or JPG image reports, making it convenient for users to generate test reports.

    ▶ The software has a high degree of intelligence, and after the input and output signals are connected, all measurement work can be completed with just one key press.

    ▶ The software interface is simple and intuitive. The analysis, storage, report export, printing and other menus will only automatically pop up the next required menu after completing the current step, which is more convenient.
