    The transformer winding deformation tester is used to test the winding deformation of power transformers with voltage levels of 6kV and above, as well as other special purpose transformers. During operation or transportation, power transformers inevitably suffer from various short-circuit currents or physical impacts caused by faults. Under the strong electric force generated by short-circuit currents, the transformer windings may lose stability, leading to deformation phenomena such as local twisting, bulging, or displacement, which will seriously affect the operation of the transformer. This instrument uses frequency response analysis method to measure the winding deformation of transformers according to the national power industry standard DL/T911-2016 and the international electrical standard IEC60076-18. It detects the amplitude frequency response characteristics of each winding of the transformer and compares the detection results vertically or horizontally. Based on the degree of change in the amplitude frequency response characteristics, it determines the possible deformation of the transformer winding.

Automatically save and export measurement data to generate Word version test reports (with corresponding Office software installed) or JPG image reports, making it convenient for users to generate test reports.

    ▶ The software has a high degree of intelligence, and after the input and output signals are connected, all measurement work can be completed with just one key press.

    ▶ The software interface is simple and intuitive. The analysis, storage, report export, printing and other menus will only automatically pop up the next required menu after completing the current step, which is more convenient.
